After 15 years, my kitchen granite surfaces were looking pretty tired. Steve arrived, listened to my concerns, and recommended deep cleaning, resealing, and polishing at a price less than I expected to pay. I was so pleased with his presentation that I also asked him to look at my "just couldn't keep clean" bathroom tile grout. He recommended color sealing for my floor tile grout and also recommended replacing the broken and missing grout on the tub surround. So glad that I scheduled this as well. The floor not only looks great but finally looks clean! I would recommend Grout Perfect and Steve to anyone.

Found Grout perfect in a mailing and called to inquire about tile grout cleaning and color stain. Steve was very fast at coming to quote job. After reviewing i used services. Job was scheduled quickly.Employees were nice and respectful to home and made sure I was happy with finished job. I have since had them return to do another room. The tile looks better than it did when the house was built. I highly recommend, I have run out of tile to clean, but happy I chose them.

I initially spoke with Steve and received detailed information on the entire process. He answered all my questions, which were many! Aldo arrived on day 1 and could not have been friendlier. He clearly was seasoned in his expertise with grout rejuvenation. He explained what he was going to do in layman's terms. The quality of his work was top notch. When he left, the work area was just as he found it - clean and tidy. Day 2 a father and son team showed up to do the second phase of the work. Again, very friendly, seasoned, tidy, etc. They too did an outstanding job and left the work area as they found it. Before leaving, they placed a gallon jug of grout cleaner, in front of the shower, to use as needed, with instructions. I have been around many tradespeople over the years and just know and feel when things are right. We had used other grout refinishers in the past and this has been the best all around experience. The whole process was stress free with remarkable results. I would highly recommend their services.
